Privacy Policy

Effective date: June 3, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how InMotion Wellness Studio (“InMotion,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit tryinmotion.com or any of our location landing pages, submit a form, or otherwise interact with our digital properties (the “Sites”).

InMotion Wellness Studio is a franchise network. Each studio location is independently owned and operated. When you submit a form on a location page, the information is shared with that specific franchise location so they can contact you about your visit.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

Information you provide directly. When you fill out a form on our Sites, we collect your first name, last name, email address, phone number, and your selected reason for reaching out (such as pain relief, mobility, recovery, athletic performance, or general interest).

Automatically collected information. When you visit our Sites, we automatically collect information about your visit, including your IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed, and timestamps. We also collect marketing attribution parameters from the URL, such as utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, utm_term, gclid (Google click identifier), and fbclid (Meta click identifier).

Cookies and similar technologies. Our Sites use cookies, pixels, and similar tracking technologies to remember your preferences, measure ad performance, and personalize your experience. This includes the Meta Pixel, Google Ads conversion tracking, and standard analytics cookies.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

Respond to your inquiry and schedule your free session; provide and improve our services; send appointment reminders and follow-up communications; measure and improve the performance of our advertising and marketing campaigns; comply with legal obligations; and protect against fraud and abuse.

3. How We Share Your Information

We share your information with service providers and partners who help us operate our business. The main categories include:

Our franchise locations. Your form submission is routed to the specific InMotion studio location you selected so they can contact you.

Customer relationship and scheduling platforms. We use ClubReady to manage client records, appointments, and communications.

Advertising platforms. We share limited information with Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google to measure the performance of our advertising and to deliver more relevant ads. This includes hashed personal identifiers shared via Meta's Conversions API and Google's offline conversion uploads.

Workflow automation tools. We use Make.com to route form data securely between systems.

Data storage and hosting. Our Sites are hosted by Vercel. Form submissions are stored in Airtable as a backup record.

Legal and safety. We may disclose information when required by law, to respond to legal process, to protect our rights and property, or to protect the safety of our clients, employees, or others.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. How Long We Keep Your Information

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Marketing attribution data is generally retained for up to 24 months. Client records may be retained longer in accordance with applicable health, business, and tax record requirements.
